I want to get my nose pierced so I want to know which type of jewelry I should use. There are like 2 or 3 different kinds. The bone jewelry, the cork screw ones and then the straight ones. Which one is best? Thank you.

I think the best jewelry for a nose piercing would be a nose ring. It would be quite uncomfortable to be receiving a bellybutton ring in your nose. However, as it pertains to your question, I would have to say the one that will not infect your nose and make it all gross. So, yes, I do, in fact, recommend the straight ones.

What’s everybody’s favorite method for cleaning your gold, diamonds, other precious gemstones? I know some ppl take their stuff to the jewelry store and have them do it and some ppl get the chemicals & equipment and do it at home..
I’ve heard simply soaking diamonds in a solution of hot water & degreasing cleaner will make ‘em sparkle like crazy. Any home remedies you guys know of? And does anybody have any favorite products to recommend?

WalMart has a large selection of jewerly clean and they all pretty much work the same. Or you could try heating up Windex and using an old tooth brush to clean your jewerly.

How do you clean your jewelry?
First I wanna say that if you want to help me go check some other questions I asked two days ago that are for my grad, but for makeup and hair:) Its 6th year prom so im 12. So my dress is light pink/peach and its strapless, the upper area is already kinda fun so id like a simple necklace, specify with color and design please. And my shoes are off white but for jewellery id prefer gold than silver. thanks

What kind of jewellery should I wear for my graduation?
This probably sounds like a stupid question, but I got my tragus pierced with a ring, and was wondering whether when I replace the original piece of jewellery, I could replace it with another type of jewellery, eg a barbell, labret or bar? Thanks a lot!

Can i change the jewellery type in my tragus?
Am about to sell some 1950′s rhinestone and diamante jewellery. Also a couple of watches, silver and gold.
Some of the pieces, especially the silver, are tarnished.
Should I clean it all up first or is this best left to the experts/buyers, who know what they want?

copper should have a bronze color to it, gold will have a gold color to it. or you can go to a jeweler and ask them, they usually should do it for free…and no offense, but who the heck wears copper jewelry?
