At BaselWorld 2010, there was a feeling that things were looking up, economically, but the watch industry was not at all back to the carefree days of freewheeling consumer spending and increasing sales.

Pink & Pearls (v 2.0)

I had to re-make it, but I think it came out even better the second time around

I gave this to my friend for her bridal shower gift, she almost cried and then she almost made me cry. I love it when I give people things they like!

My all-time dream was to be a pilot, and my father wants me to run the family business (manage a jewelry manufacturing company). I don’t mind doing both actually. Since I’m doing IB program, that’s a headstart since I can skip the freshman year of university. Is it easy to study both things at once and work with them later? All advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Best reply by PE2008:

The IB, while excellent preparation for the rigors of university, will not allow you to skip the first year of university.

It is possible to get a degree that combines both aviation and business (Management)-related study. This would be an Accredited BSIT degree in Technology Management (Industrial Technology).

Bowling Green, Tennessee State, and University of Nebraska are among universities having this degree.

I’ve always been in love with the things in Teen Vogue and Urban Outfitters.
But I usually dress in Pacsun and mall clothing because it’s cute and casual but it’s not my true style. I have a couple of things from Urban Outfitters, but all were on sale. That’s the kind of style I like. I love dresses (short or ones that are like t-shirts but longer) and blazers and floral and girly things. I already have my winter clothes, but I’m starting to build my fall/winter wardrobe. I live in Arizona so it doesn’t get too cold but jeans and jackets are musts in the winter. Here are some examples of outfits I like:

And also I’m bad at accessorizing,
i only wear vans as shoes usually, maybe flip flops.

and i never wear jewelry, necklaces every once in a while,
but i think berets are really cute!

how do i create cute outfits?
and wear are some good places to find these clothes?
the local 2nd hand store flooded ):

p.s. uhm and if needed i’m 5’9, female, 110 lbs, and here’s a picture

long long long legs, should i wear heels?

Best reply by sweetie_pie1618:

I think you should rock heels. Why not? You are tall and why not flaunt it? Just try looking in different stores. Maybe places like H&M, Guess, but there are other stores that are cheaper with similar stylish clothing. You just have to look, I don’t know where you live so I can’t really tell you what stores. But there are lots of places you can look. For accessories, try looking for ones that are neutrals if you are having a hard time putting them together.

THis way you can match them to almost everything. I think you could find those kind of clothes anywhere, but you just have to keep a look out. Dresses will be on sale right now, so it’s a good time to get some cute ones. Plus they have lots of short ones!

Maybe get some dressy flats to pair with anything. A neutral colour, like black or tan.

You can get a beret and wear that during the fall and winter.

I have no system for organizing these things, (Jewelry, hair accessories, and such, no clue on where to put them or how to put them etc?
Right now they sit on a bookshelf, top shelf and this looks ridiculous.

Best reply by Valentine:

I have become intrested in shopping thrift stores for vintage items, such as clothes, jewelry, purses, and shoes. I want to know how to determine if a piece is in fact “vintage.” Or how to determine what year it was manufactured. What are some things I should look for?

Best reply by JC Gallegos Style comes standard:

Generally speaking, clothing older than 25 years is considered to be vintage, though opinions vary on this definition.
